After spending several years recruiting in higher education, she has been so pleased to join the Peterman team! She loves the environment Peterman has, encouraging growth and positive customer experiences. When she is not working, you might catch her perusing the plant section of stores, visiting local restaurants, or singing karaoke at the top of her lungs!
Ashlyn Grimes
Recruiting Coordinator
She enjoys the roles she plays here at Peterman, like working with the new team members throughout the hiring process. She has specialized in Customer Service for the vast majority of her professional career, and her goals are to continue to help people and continue to improve her professional skills. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, taking her two cats for walks, and traveling.
Kathrine Meyers
Top Tech Recruiter
She has several years of recruiting experience, and so far, her favorite time recruiting has been at Peterman Brothers. She enjoys bringing on those looking for a career change and is eager to learn about the trades. When she is not recruiting for Top Tech, you can find her at home playing superheroes with her two boys or spending time with friends and family either out shopping, watching movies or just hanging out chatting.
Alyssa Jones
Talent Acquisition Manager
She has a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from IUPUI and started her recruiting career in 2019. Since August of 2021, she oversaw the onboarding of over 300 employees and managed Peterman’s orientation process. She specializes in talent acquisition strategy and uses her positive attitude and infectious energy to encourage her team to work hard and succeed. Alyssa is inspired daily by her husband and two-year-old son. Alyssa likes to explore local breweries and spend time outdoors in her free time.
Dustin Napier
Corporate Recruiter
He graduated from IUPUC with a bachelor’s in Business Marketing and Management. He has spent several years in marketing and admissions. He has found a passion here for helping others find that next career opportunity at Peterman Brothers. Outside work, he likes to spend time with his wife and two little girls. He wants to cheer on the Colts, Hoosiers, and Pacers when he is not wrapped up with being a dad and husband.
Jorden Boone
Corporate Recruiter
She is presently attending school to pursue a degree in legal studies while possessing more than four years of experience in human resources. After graduating high school at 16, Jorden has remained committed to achieving her life goals. Being in the company of colleagues who share similar values is a source of joy while working at Peterman. Inspiration to achieve greatness daily stems from her family, including a three-year-old sister, mother, and husband.
